The cause behind the death of the famous Carrie Fisher has finally been revealed through her death certificate. It has been found out that the cause behind the sudden death was a cardiac arrest/deferred and this means that the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office still have to conduct further testing to determine what triggers the heart attack.
According to the US Magazine report, there will be some so called toxicology tests that will be performed in order to determine if there were drugs in the system of Fisher. This is some of the speculations that they thought that might have contributed to her death.
As previously reported, the famous actress died from a heart attack while on board her 11-hour flight from London to Los Angeles. The incident happened on Friday of December 23, 2016. Fisher died four days later while under the intensive care of Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center at the age of 60.
On the other hand, Debbie Reynolds's cause of death was also confirmed by her death certificate. She died later than Fisher on December 28 at the age of 84. According to the certificate, it was found out that she died due to stroke or a blood vessel which busted and caused the bleeding on the brain. Hypertension was also listed as one of the underling caused of stroke, Entertainment Weekly reported.
This mother and daughter pair was remembered to star in the HBO's "Bright Lights" documentary. Both were laid to rest at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles. Accordingly, Reynolds was buried with some of the ashes of Fisher which were placed in an urn-shaped like a Prozac pill. These famous icons were also being honoured through a tribute show during the 74th annual Golden Globe Awards on Sunday.
