The Fifty Shades of Grey craze continues as the exotic books by E.L. James continue to top best seller lists and progress is being made toward the movie adaptation. Being that the books are so popular, everyone is getting in on the craze and there are several hotels which offer Fifty Shades themed packages so fans can experience the fantasies created by the books.
There are already several Fifty Shades themed packages at hotels around the country, but the latest package to arrive is at the Boston's Liberty Hotel. It may be a bit ironic for a hotel called Liberty to have a package related to a book that's about domination and being tied and restained. Yet the packages they offer are quite steamy and luxurious.
The Boston Liberty Hotel offers not one, but two Fifty Shades of Grey themed packages.
The first, and more expensive option, is the Fifty Shades of Boston package. This package includes a stay in the luxurious Ebersol Suite which features several rooms and a wrap-around view of the city. Guests also get dinner for two in the hotel restaurant, CLINK.
Some of the most luxurious parts of this package, based on scenes from the books, include a private helicopter ride around the city, an Audi R8 rental car, and a private sailing trip on The Liberty Clipper.
After a day of adventure, guests can go back to the bedroom to make use of a special intimacy kit and a Hermès grey silk tie, like Christian Grey wears. Unfortunately, Mr. Grey does not come with the package. Couple can also enjoy their own bottle of Christian Grey's favorite 1999 Bollinger Grand Annee Rosé champagne.
Before leaving, couples get in-room breakfast for two, including Twinings English Breakfast tea and a copy of the entire "Fifty Shades of Grey" trilogy to take home.
All of the above will set your back at least $6,999.
The less expensive option, the "Fifty Shades of Sin" package, still comes with plenty, but for rates starting at $599. With this package, guests get overnight accomodations and dinner for two at CLINK. It doesn't include all of the outdoor adventurous features, but guests can spend their time getting adventurous in the bedroom. You still get an intimacy kit, the grey silk tie, a "Solitary" Do Not Disturb Sign, a bottle of champagne, and a copy of the first book.
For more information or to book a room at the Boston Liberty Hotel, check out the packages on their website.
