AMC's "The Walking Dead" Season 7's won't return until next month, and the show promises an uprising against Negan. The show's favorite survivors were being used by Negan and The Saviors and it may be time to rise up.
Rick Grimes and his people are going to start recruiting other communities to fight down the Saviors, Insider said. Eight episodes of the first half of Season 7 showed Negan having his way with Rick and the people of Alexandria, The Hilltop, and The Kingdom. The Saviors is a dangerous team as confirmed by horror stories about the group from the women and children of the Oceanside community.
But the series' heroes are desperate to gain their freedom. The communities would need to come together to fight against the oppressive group who have milked them dry of weapons and supplies. It would be a payoff to watch the Rick and his team gain their freedom from Negan and The Saviors, fans agree.
Meanwhile, the identity of who was spying on Alexandria may have already been revealed. According to Comicbook, the character is someone that is never seen before and is referred to as the "Garbage Pail Kids." They are a new batch of characters that will join the AMC series when it returns next month. There is no confirmation yet whether the Garbage Pail Kids will be friends or foe to the main characters.
The boot-wearing woman checking Alexandria out the safe zone from a distance is said to Tamiel (Sabrina Gennarino) who is second in command to the new batch. The leader of the group is reported to be Yadis, played by Pollyana McIntosh. Again, none of this is official yet, and fans would have to wait for the rest of the season to find out. "The Walking Dead" Season 7 returns on February 12 at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
