One of the biggest tech event in the world have finally ended and tons of upcoming exciting gadgets are about to be released later in 2017. Here are the best and practically the winners of CES 2017 in the laptop category.
Anybody who have closely watched the CES 2017 event should have seen what the world of mobile computing is about to get in the coming months. As recently posted by Digital Trends, tons of laptops will have consumers wanting for an upgrade despite the expense and the non-existent need of doing so.
Leading the line of eye-candy laptops is possibly the Acer Predator 21X. Before the said event, the laptop have already made several bouts in the internet, creating buzz around its superior gaming prowess. It is the epitome of "laptop gaming," though consumers will have to dish out some serious amounts of cash as it is nowhere near cheap.
It is a full-featured gaming platform with two Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080, 64GB RAM and the fastest Intel Core i7-7820HK processor. It also features a 21:9 curved display with 120Hz refresh rate.
In Slash Gear's report, the upcoming Samsung Chromebook Plus is also one of the most anticipated laptops in the previous CES event. While it isn't all about the specs and the hardware muscle, Google's Chrome OS is starting to become more of a corporate and student-friendly solution.
The Samsung Chromebook Plus is a crystal clear 12.3-inch 2400 x 1600 display laptop that runs on its own operating system. The specs aren't to go crazy about, but the announced price of $449 is something to take into consideration in getting at least a finely working recent-release laptop.
Finally, there's the ASUS GL502 laptop. It sits between portability and more than adequate gaming power. A lot of announced and showcased laptops aren't in the side of portability and weight due to their towering GPUs, extra fans and other features.
The ASUS GL502 is one of the smallest VR-Ready laptop that also sports an 7th-gen Intel i7 processor with either a GTX 1060 or 1070. The laptop is also the smallest in its league as it is less than an inch thick and only around 4.85 lbs.
