Christmas Shoppers Can Still Shop Today: Target And Toys R Us Open On Christmas Eve; Amazon And Macy’s Offering Same-Day Deliveries

Shoppers who had procrastinated during the holidays or only recently found time to shop for gifts and Christmas items and feasts can still go shopping until the evening before Christmas dawn. Select Target and Toys R Us branches will remain open from 6-10PM. For online orders and same-day deliveries, while they are charging more, Amazon Prime members and Macy’s customers offer their services until afternoon today.

According to Online Athens, Toys R Us was open from December 23 and will close tonight at 9 PM before Christmas dawn. Select Target department stores will open at 7 AM and close at 10 PM this Christmas eve. Department store Kohls has remained open from December 20 and will close on the evening of Christmas Eve.

The news website also said shoppers who miss these schedules could still find toys and greeting cards in drugstores such as CVS, Walgreens, nd Rite Aid. For plastic gift cards, shoppers can try GameStop or bookstore Barnes & Noble, which may remain open until Christmas Eve.

Shoppers who still camnot make it to malls can still go online shopping and pay for more expensive same-day deliveries. Macy’s is offering the service in select cities even during Christmas eve. Amazon Prime Members in New York, Miami, Los Angeles and other cities can order in-stock items and have it deliivered as late as 9:45PM.

Specialized gift stores are also offering same-day delivery services. According to channel 11 KARE, a Minnesotta shop named “3D Crystals” in the local Mall of America branch is offering same-day deliveries for customized 3D images that shop owner Shahidah Jadran said only takes one to two hours to make.

For convenient Christmas shopping without extra expenses or hassles, it is advised that shoppers delay gift-buying for those they have yet to meet after Christmas. Post-Christmas deals are likely to be up after the holidays with warehouse surplus from the Christmas rush.
