Just as everyone thought everything is settled between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, the heat is on again as the actor demands for $100, 000 from Heard's side. The ex-couple continues to deal with their divorce battle since May of this year.
According to E! News, Johnny Depp's team accuses Amber Heard of continuously pursuing a case that has been already settled months ago. The "Magic Mike XXL" actress was also allegedly using the media to desperately get attention thus extending her "fifteen minutes of fame" added the report.
The "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" actor's legal team also claims that in case Amber Heard failed to comply within the span of 10 days to his Lawyer's fees and costs, Johnny will have to deduct the same amount from his divorce settlement pay.
News.com.au also reported that according to Laura Wasser, Johnny Depp's divorce attorney, Amber has been uncooperative throughout the said case proceedings. She even added that the Request for Order filed by Heard on December 13 was unnecessary given that the 53-year old actor's failure to pay the two installments for the US $7 million settlement was untrue.
Amber's camp also accused the actor of not donating everything to the charity as well as not following the allotted time by the court to fulfill the said settlement including the division of their personal property, and shipments of Heard's belongings from his home in Bahamas. Depp's also allegedly failed to transfer a Range Rover to her name and many more, as per E! News.
Wasser said in a statement that Amyber Heard's malicious accusations had caused her client (Depp) damages on both his personal and professional reputation as well as his and his family's emotional welfare. Johnny Depp's finances also appear to be of "no interest to Amber" added Wasser in the court filing.
Johnny Depp and Amber Heard married in February 2015 without any prenuptial agreement. However, months later, Amber accusing Depp of domestic violence, filed a restraining order against the actor.
The two confirmed their divorce settlement on August after months of controversies including Amber's alleged bruises caused by Johnny which his ex-wife Vanessa Paradis and daughter Lily-Rose Depp denied on separate statements. Another court hearing regarding their divorce settlement issues is set to happen on January 2017.
