"Hawaii Five-0" Season 7 has officially gone on a break for the Holiday season and won't be back until next year. In the mid-season finale of Season 7, Episode 11, we find the "Hawaii Five-0" team celebrating Chin's birthday.
Amidst the celebration, he gets a call that says his niece, Sara, has been kidnapped and he sets off to try and save her but later on enlists the help of the team to get her back. Chin offers himself up in exchange for his niece. The episode ends with the team figuring out that Sara's kidnap was more than what it seemed and was actually a revenge plot against the "Hawaii Five-0" team.
If the cliffhanger of a mid-season finale is any indication, the audience can only expect that the second half of the season will be just as exciting, as it will surely be action packed and intense. According to Spoilers Guide, audiences can expect to see the team scrambling to get Chin back before the vengeful cartel executes him.
Daniel Dae Kim tells TV Line that his character appears the most unhinged at the news of Sara's abduction. According to the actor, it's one of the most poignant episode he has ever been involved in. He describes it as an episode where audiences will finally get to see a side of Chin that was never shown in past episodes before.
"Hawaii Five-0" will also welcome actor Lou Diamond Phillips as he guest stars as a US Deputy Marshall named Lincoln, who is said to have a serious and opinionated personality which will cause him to butt heads with members of the "Hawaii Five-0" team as they figure out a way to rescue Daniel Dae Kim's character.
The Season 7 Episode 12 of "Hawaii Five-0" is titled "Ka'eaelike" or The Deal. The episode is scheduled to air on January 6, 2017 first and exclusive on the CBS TV Network. More action packed moments and new characters can be expected on the second half of season 7, fans of the show will definitely not be disappointed.
