‘This Is Us’ Spoilers, News & Update: What Happens To Toby? Plus More Shockers For Episode 11

"The Right Thing to Do" is "This Is Us'" Season 1 episode 11 title, and it is going to be about Toby's fate. The new episode won't air until January 10, and fans are left hanging. Is Toby still alive after his collapse? He did win back Kate, but unfortunately, he also had to be rushed to the hospital after he suffered from a heart attack.

To recall, Episode 10, which was titled "Last Christmas," was a real cliff-hanger. The episode shows Toby (Chris Sullivan) visiting Randall's (Sterling K. Brown) home all the way in New Jersey just to surprise Kate (Chrissy Metz) in order to win her back. They did get back together, until Toby's heart attack happened.

The final scene of the episode shows Toby's heart monitor on flat lining and surgeons attempting to revive him. It's very unclear if Toby will still be alive.

Chrissy Metz said that nobody wants Chris Sullivan's character to be dead, especially Kate. According to the actress, they are all praying for Toby and that what happened to him only shows "show how quickly life can change" and that we really just have to be "grateful for every moment."

Milo Ventimiglia, who plays young Jack Pearson on the series, may just have given a clue as to Toby's fate. He said: "No, he can't be off the show, but you gotta wait. You just gotta wait."

NBC offered a sneak peek as to what episode 11 will be. According to the network, Kate "struggles with her feelings" following Toby's heart attack. William gets to spend more time with Jesse, while Randall has to get used to his father's new relationship.

Also, Jack and Rebecca, after knowing that they are going to have triplets, needs to find a way to afford a new home that can accommodate them and the babies. Meanwhile, Olivia surprises everyone by resurfacing. This only goes to show that fans will really have a lot to look forward to on the next episode.
