When a friend goes on vacation, you may say to them "Pack me in your suitcase and take me with you!" While fitting a human in a suitcase might not so easy, a tiny cat had that idea on mind when his owner was going on a trip to Disney. Bob-bob the cat wanted in on a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, but the ride in may have been a bit terrifying as he was accidentally packed into his owner's suitecase.
Ether Maze of Circleville, Ohio was getting ready for her annual trip to Disney. Maze runs the Maze CareHome for disabled veterans, so Maze was confirmed flights and hotel reservations for the group of 18 disabled veterans and volunteers who would join her on the trip. She also made arrangements to have someone watch over her pets, but what she didn't expect was for one of her six pets to join her.
While she was packing for the trip on Monday, the 14-month-old cat, Bob-bob, jumped into Maze's suitcase. She had no idea. She packed up her suitcase and headed out on her trip.
When Maze settled into the Disney-area hotel ten hours later, Maze opened her bag and discovered her furry friend. The young black cat was a bit shaken, but still purring according to the Columbus Dispatch.
It is not clear how the cat managed to get past security at Port Columbus International Airport.
Bob-bob isn't the only stowaway cat recently. A young cat from China, Ni Hao, survived a three week trip across the Pacific Ocean in a shipping container. The cat was in bad shape when discovered in California, but he was nursed back to health and recently went to a loving home.
