Three famous actresses have been scheduled to speak at the Democratic National Convention according to CNN. Scarlett Johansson, Natalie Portman and Kerry Washington are all open Obama supporters and secretly scheduled to speak Thursday evening.
The DNC in Charlotte, North Carolina saw Michelle Obama give her speech Tuesday and on Thursday, President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will accept the Democratic nomination.
The same day the three actresses are listed as following The Foo Fighters on the itinerary. The convention announced that the band would perform last week.
It's unclear whether or not the schedule is finalized. A representative for Kerry Washington only said that the actress was filming in Los Angeles, while the both Portman and Johanson's reps failed to comment to CNN.
Johansson, 27, Portman, 31, and Washington, 35, will all take the stage to support the president and it could help win votes in the demographics such as women and young voters all of which the actresses encompass.
This comes after the RNC included Clint Eastwood in an unannounced speech last Thursday which was both ridiculed by onlookers and regarded by conservatives.
Portman has won an acacdemy award for her role in "The Black Swan" and Johansson has starred in films such as "Lost in Translation" and "
The Other Boleyn Girl," while Washington starts in the hit tv show, "Scandal," and has been featured in myriad movies such as "The Last King of Scotland."
