'One Punch Man' Season 2 Spoilers, News & Updates: Saitama Becomes A Villain? Anime Set For October 2017 Release?

"One Punch Man" season 2 is one of the highly anticipated anime shows. Although its air date isn't confirmed yet, many are curious about what will happen in the upcoming season.

According to reports, Saitama will be weaker and might eventually loose his power. It is also expected that a more powerful Lord Boros will return to take his revenge. When the time comes for Saitama and Lord Boros to face each other, the bald hero will unfortunately weaken and Lord Boros is speculated to win the battle.

Other speculations reveal that Saitama will turn to the dark side and will become a villain. What will trigger Saitama to turn to the dark side? We will find out if this rumor is true in "One Punch Man" season 2.

On the other hand, King, who is the weakest superhero, will be more powerful than Saitama as his true powers will be unveiled, Ecumenical News reports. Meanwhile, Metal Bat will also develop his powers in the next season. Metal Bat's power involves being more powerful as he receive damage which means that it is advantageous on his part when he gets angry and acquire damage.

As for fans that are looking forward for "One Punch Man" season 2, Christian Times reports that it is possible for the anime to be out on October 2017. This is also the same month in 2015 wherein the manga adaptation premiered the television screens in Japan. But this report is a mere speculation and fans should take it with a grain of salt.

"One Punch Man" season 2 was officially confirmed by Madhouse Entertainment this year. Upon its announcement, voice actor Makoto Furukawa who provides the voice of Saitama said that he had been "anxious for a long time" for it. He is also thankful that the anime gained the support of the viewers in season 1.
