Being a very large property of over two hectares of land, the place is said to have a two-storey beach house and seven rooms available for use.

As a company known for providing great luxury hotels, Four Seasons' new property in Maldives also includes a luxurious yacht of about 62 feet that could accommodate 22 people for a voyage around the enclave. The location of the property is also not that far from other tourist attractions in Maldives. For about 20 to 30 minutes, guests could go to places like the Hanifaru Bay and many more.
