The upcoming action adventure video game from Japan, “Gravity Rush 2”, is set set to launch in 2017 exclusively for the Playstation 4 Platform. “Gravity Rush 2” allows players to control gravity with dynamic movements just like its predecessor. However, the game environment of the upcoming game has been expanded to further accommodate the dynamic movements and navigation of the main the character.
“Gravity Rush 2” takes place after the events of the previous game and revolves around the climactic journey of Kat and her friend, Raven, which is set in a tropical world like the Pacific Islands. According to destructoid, “Raven is a playable character and has her own side story, compared to the previous game, which she was AI-controlled.” Likewise, you will be seeing some familiar characters returning from the first game.
Furthermore, the game allows players to choose from different gravity styles such Lunar and Jupiter. Lunar makes Kat’s speed faster and leaping abilities higher while Jupiter allows her to deal more damage to enemies at the expense of her speed. Likewise, players have the ability to change styles alternately like choosing Jupiter first then Lunar or vice versa.
According to gamenguide, “Gravity Rush 2” is scheduled for release in January 2017 with a free DLC that comes along with it. This will make the game more fascinating to play since we will be seeing more action from Raven, as well. The Japanese game developers, SIE Japan Studio and Project Siren, have stated that there will be an 11-minute gameplay video released within this month, according to the media outlet.
