Behind The Scenes Of The 2016 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show: A VS Angel's Guide To Paris

November 30 this year marked the eve of the annual 2016 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. We go behind the scenes and venture with the VS Angels around Paris, the first time the fashion show was held at this celebrity destination.

Merging beauty, fashion and fantasy, the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show has been a cultural icon and annual event every year towards the end of the year. This year it was held at the Grand Palais in Paris, according to Reuters. (READ: Karl Lagerfeld's Designer Hotel)

Among some of the famous "Angels" at the VS Fashion Show were Kendall Jenner, Gigi and Bella Hadid, Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima. Many of the girls took side trips around the City of Lights to the Eiffel Tower, or went out on spa dates and shopping trips around the Champs Elysees. One of the newer, yet equally talented models is Cindy Bruna, a native of France. Originally from a smaller town in the South of France, Cindy started her modeling career in Paris. Despite her busy schedule, and additional sessions for gym, beauty treatments and rehearsals before the VS Fashion Show, Cindy shares some of her top picks for Paris.

2. Shopping - Known for its fabulous designer brands, Cindy suggests going to some of Paris' most beautiful malls and boulevards. Tom Greyhound along Rue de Saintonge is, according to her "dedicated to a multicultural and contemporary approach to fashion". This shows similarity to how the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show has tried time and again to diversify its models and get more and more creative with costumes and sets every year.

3. People-Watching - Because of all the interesting locals and tourists in Paris, even for a Victoria's Secret Angel, taking a seat and watching them is interesting in the City of Lights. France's own Central Park is Jardin des Tuileries along Rue de Rivoli, with amazing gardens and fountains. Of course, the Avenue des Champs-élysées is always a favorite, and she compares it to New York's Broadway, because of all the great shops, people and nightlife.
