The synopsis for next week's episode, via SpoilerTV, reads: "KILLER FROST EMERGES - Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) uses her powers to save Barry (Grant Gustin) but as her mother predicted, the effort unleashes her inner Killer Frost. Killer Frost goes on a rampage looking for Dr. Alchemy, kidnapping Julian (Tom Felton) and battling both The Flash and Vibe (Carlos Valdes). Meanwhile, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and H.R. (Tom Cavanagh) have a heart to heart talk."

Caitlin's power is finally here and it surely will scare the people around her. After being doubted of not being a metahuman, she finally has the power that worries not only by her friends but herself as well. Doctor Alchemy himself warned Barry about Caitlyn and even advised him to knock her out in order to protect the people. However, Barry insisted on not harming her because he thinks she is safe.

But Barry thought wrong. Turns out Caitlin's inner Killer Frost has officially set in and she has already done terrible things. According to an article by the IBTimes, Caitlin a.k.a Killer Frost threw icicles at Cisco (Carlos Valdes), while Julian got himself injured as well due to an encounter with Killer Frost.

After what happened to her, Caitlin is furious at Barry, blaming him for what happened to her. In the promo video released for next week's episode, Caitlin was seen talking to Barry saying, "You keep messing with everyone's lives. You did this to me! You make me cold, Barry."
