Next week's episode is their winter finale and until the show returns next year, expect that stakes are going to be higher and stories better than ever to leave all viewers wanting for more.
In an article found on The Futon Critic, episode 13 is titled "You Haven't Done Nothin" and the synopsis reads: "Believing he is going to jail tomorrow, Alex makes a big decision about his future. While the hospital is overrun with victims of a building collapse, Richard demands answers from Bailey about Eliza's presence at Grey Sloan."
Dr. Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) is going through a tough situation, which will result to him making a hasty decision thinking that he is going to jail the following day. Turns out he was right. Dr. Alex is going to be deprived of the justice that he deserves and will be imprisoned while the others at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital are busy and have nothing to do about it.
Speaking of the other doctors in the hospital, all of the staff is going to be busy as bees as heavy influx of patients arrived at their hospital due to a building collapsing. Patients of the ruined building were rushed to the hospital and Dr. Eliza Minnick (Marika Dominczyk) is needed.
Last week's episode, the arrival of Eliza brought about conflict between the team. According to an article by the GamenGuide, she was offered the position of a consultant but was later on changed into a position that has definitely affected Richard (James Pickens, Jr.) Eliza mentioned that she works better alone and this statement alone could result to Richard losing a job, thus, he questioned Bailey (Chandra Wilson) about it.
