Dog-friendly Places You Need To Visit To Spend Quality Time With Your Pooch

With the growing number of pet owners, accommodations that cater to their needs also continue to increase. Landmarks also open certain dog-friendly spots for the owners and their pooch. Just remember to be responsible for your pet and your pet's mess.

Here is a list of places where your dog can enjoy traveling without restrictions:

Champs de Mars, Paris

The large green space is open for public and their pets which allows them to have a better look of the Eiffel Tower since the famous landmark is located just beside it. After sight-seeing, owners may choose to treat their pets in The Peninsula Paris, located near Avenue Champs-Élysées, where they offer the best service and luxuries for the dogs.

Sonoma Valley, California

Sonoma County is known for its wineries and almost 60 of them sported a dog-friendly environment. Not only will owners enjoy the time spent tasting wines but dogs will also relish its wide sceneries. Lambert Bridge Winery in the Dry Creek Valley, famous for its "yappy hours" and pizzas, is a dog-favorite.

American River Parkway, Sacramento

The 32- mile greenbelt that extends from Old Sacramento historic district to Folsom Lake State Recreation Area is perfect for trekking with your dogs. Sacramento also offers dog-friendly wineries near the vicinity.

Northern Michigan
