This Game of Throne’s Ending Theory By Jack Gleeson Is Making Us Hate Him A Little Less

Jack Gleeson, who played probably the most hated character in Game of Thrones Joffrey Baratheon, has an interesting theory about how to defeat the white walkers in the coming series finale of the hit HBO drama. The fans may not like him that much but after hearing his take on how to defeat the show's epic villain, they might reconsider.

The 24-year old Irish actor when interviewed by MTV, revealed that he hasn't seen an episode of the series in full or that he knows anything about the show other than what he's read or told. When asked about what his take on how the remaining characters from Game of Thrones will be able to defeat the White Walkers, his answer made a lot of sense.

A fan apparently told him about a theory, of which he is relaying now, that someone is going to melt down the Iron Throne because it has Valyrian Steel, the only element aside from the very elusive dragon glass that could defeat the white walkers. This theory holds ground as the point of conflict in the upcoming seasons since all of the main characters are after the throne yet somehow they have to melt it in order to fight their common enemy. Not a bad theory after all.

Jack Gleeson's character King Joffrey Baratheon has long been departed from the show in one of the most iconic scene in Game of Thrones. During his time on the show, chronicling his rise from Prince to King, fans have thrown anger at the show's antagonist and have gleefully rejoiced during his demise in season four.

With his amazing theory about the show's ending, though told by a fan to him, makes us think less of the evil he's done in the series. It was not Jack Gleeson's fault that his role was hated, he just played it too well that we cannot shake that character off him.
