As Ice Age: Continental Drift hits movie theaters on Friday, July 13, moviegoers have a chance to win an Ice Age inspired family trip in a sweepstakes.
Valpak, a leader in local print and digital coupons, along with 20th Century Fox and Movietickets.com is teaming together to present an Ice Age: Continental Drift sweepstakes. In the contest, a family of four can win a vacation worth up to $10,000 with a choice of overseas or domestic Ice Age themed vacation locations.
Ellie, Sid, Diego and Manny are all back for Ice Age: Continental Drift, the fourth movie of the Ice Age series which hits theaters on July 13. As part of the release, Valpak wants consumers to have a chance to win the fun getaway. Valpak distributes a blue envelope to 40 million households every month. The envelope features a QR code that people can scan with their smartphones to purchase tickets to the movie on Movietickets.com.
Some envelopes contain free tickets to see Ice Age: Continental Drift. People can win the tickets just by looking inside the envelope.
Winners of the grand prize have several vacation options to choose from. They include:
- Alton Towers Ice Age 4D Experience in London with tickets to Alton Towers Splash landings And Alton Towers theme park and waterpark.
- Ice Cool Adventure in Finland, with excursion to the Arctic Zoo, The Snow Castle of Kemi, dinner at the Snow Restaurant in the Snow Castle, hotel.
- Whale of a Time in Atlanta, GA, with tickets to the Georgia Aquarium with a special swim experience (children must be at least 12 years old).
Consumers can enter to win the sweepstakes at Valpak.com or MovieTickets.com. The sweepstakes ends July 20.
