Traveling to Cuba now Made Possible

Traveling to Cuba is no longer a dream. Thanks to President Obama, people can now experience a taste of Cuba for the recent policy changes he made.

Traveling to Cuba used to be against the US law but now, Americans may plan their travel and take commercial flights to Cuba. But before travelers jot down their itinerary, they might want to read further for a few heads up.

According to The New York Times, people who are planning to go to Cuba for purely touristic purposes will still not be allowed to step to the Cuban grounds. However, people may now experience Cuba under its new travel guidelines.

People with family members in Cuba may now have a chance to visit them as well as having government business, journalistic work, religious, and educational activities may grant people a pass to the Cuban border.

With the said new regulations, people who will fall under the 12 categories for the Cuba travel guidelines will be covered by a general license when they set up for their flight, cruise or tour arrangements under the "people-to-people" travel.

In line with this, travelers will be required to have their tourist visa and health insurance that covers Cuba but thou shall not fret for travel companies are now getting ready to offer these requirements on their tour packages.
