Iceland
Tom Cruise filmed a portion of his new flick Oblivion in Iceland. His son Connor, 17, visited him there, according to the People website. The change of scenery might have helped take his mind off of his marital problems.
Croatia
Naomi Watts is filming scenes for the biopic Diana in the European country. Considering how beloved the late "People's Princess" was, it would not be surprising if there were many scenes of Watts (as Lady Di) traveling around the world to enormous, cheering crowds, like in this picture.
United States
Harrison Ford is filming a movie about the life of baseball pioneer Jackie Robinson in Chattanooga, Tennessee this summer. As a nod to Robinson's uniform number, the movie is called 42. Ford plays Branch Rickey, an executive for Robinson's major league team, the Brooklyn Dodgers. Meanwhile, in Wilmington, North Carolina, Robert Downey, Jr. and company are filming Iron Man 3. The project will be filmed on location from until September 7, and is expected to create more than 500 jobs in the area.
London
Thor 2 is filming in London this summer, and the studioheads are looking for extras in the movie. Natalie Portman and Anthony Hopkins are just two of the people who have signed on to reprise their roles.
