"The Walking Dead" fans are still not over the Season 6 cliffhanger and are looking forward to the show's return for Season 7, trying to figure out who will be the victim of Negan. Rumors and speculations of the upcoming season surface as the show gets its premiere date.
Sources reveal that "The Walking Dead" will be returning on October 9 although it is not yet official. But said date is possible since the show's "premiere usually lands around Columbus day," Fansided wrote.
Since many fans consider the Season 6 finale disappointing, everyone is looking forward to the premiere which may give answers to the dissatisfying ending.
Meanwhile, Steven Yeun who plays as Glenn and Norman Reedus, who took the role of Daryl, were spotted together near the Peachtree City, Georgia, which made fans think that filming of the show started.
The duo stopped to aid victims of a minor accident and they remained in the area until the paramedics arrived.
Seeing the two together may mean that they have survived for Season 7 and that the best guess for Negan's victim is Abraham. But it is also possible that Yeun or Reedus are just there for some flashback scenes or the producers are just keeping the cast together to avoid spoilers about who will die in the upcoming season, Cosmic Book News reported.
Initial filming for Season 7 took place in the studio which means there will be no leaks as to who suffered Negan’s wrath. Spoiling The Dead wrote that when filming is at the studio, it is "where spoilers go to die," adding that they might have filmed the cliffhanger and the death of a certain character.
Apparently, the producers are trying to keep everything a secret and Cleveland noted that they have done a great job of keeping spoilers to avoid revealing which character dies before the show's premiere.
