For those who are fond of boats, 'The London Boat Show' will be held at ExCel London this coming Jan. 8 to Jan. 17.
The event features launching of fresh boats and many boat-related innovations such as 60s Revival, Sunseeker Champagne bar and Mediterranean Bay. There's also the Irish Marine Federation stand where Irish marinas and harbours are displayed and promoted to the United Kingdom boat industry. This is the 62nd year of the boat festival and it will last for 10 days.
In 'The London Boat Show', you can experience everything about boating -- trends, technological developments, innovations, inventions and attractions.
The marine festivities will inaugurate the 2016 boating calendar that will exhibit 1,000 products and services from 300 marine brands -- both from Britain and other companies worldwide. There will be a display for all categories relevant to boats that include boat builders, watersports, travel operators and fashion.
The '60s Revival' is a boat attraction that captivates the innovative and adventurous identity of the era. It was during this time when the classical boat Fairy Hunstman 28 was created as well as man's first attempt to create an amphibious vehicle, the Amphicar. It was also this time when the Beatles rewrite the music industry and the first time that man stepped on the Moon.
A pool named 'Mediterranean Bay' was built where there are plenty of water demonstrations to see and experience. It is the perfect chance to enjoy and learn water sports. There is also the opportunity to familiarize how to moor a boat the Mediterranean way.
Professionals and experts will share and discuss various topics relevant to boating such as technological advancements, proper maintenance and adventurous explorations. Participating exhibitors are Bavaria, Beneteau, Hobo Yachting, Sealine, Princess Yachts, Sunsail and Sunseeker International.
