People love travel deals. Some will go crazy monitoring travel sites, just waiting for that airfare, hotel or car rental to go down in price. Some get lucky. Others don't. Lucky for us, Hotwire.com released their list of cities where these travel prices have dropped the most, which means great savings for those who are looking for deals.

In their June 2012 Hotwire® Travel Savings Indicator, Hotwire.com, a leading discount travel site, used extensive research to determine which top five cities in North America have had hotels, airfares, and car rental prices drop the most compared to the previous year.

"Summer officially kicked-off last week which typically means higher prices in most popular markets; however, we're still seeing some fantastic deals on hotel, air and car rentals across the country," said Clem Bason, president of the Hotwire Group in a press release. "For sun worshippers, cities like Palm Springs, Key West and Las Vegas all have deep discounts on airfare and car rental rates. For those looking to escape the sizzling temperatures, places like Spokane, Seattle, Vancouver and the Bay Area are each offering stellar rates on a variety of your travel needs."

For those looking for hotels, the site found that Princeton, New Jersey had a 6 percent drop in hotel prices, making it the city with the best hotel deals and replacing the previous number one of Atlantic City, New Jersey. Other top hotel price drops for the month of June are:

For those looking for airline discounts, the site also noted price drops in airlines. The city with the highest price drop, for the second month in a row, is Little Rock, Arkansas, with a high 20 percent airline price drop. Some of the other cities with airfare price drops include:

Lastly,Hotwire took car rental prices into consideration and monitored the price drops for different cities. They found that car rentals can start as low as $19, making road trips seem more desirable. For the third month in a row, Boston, Massachusetts has had the biggest drop in rental car prices, with a 66 percent decrease. These were the other cities with large rental car price drops.
