If one needed to find the coolest cars, one would think of the vehicles used in films. There are many movies out there featuring a lot of amazing cars, both real and fictional, but nothing comes close to reality than the racing cars from the 'Fast and Furious' franchise. Here are some of the coolest cars from the films and the reasons, probably, why they are awesome.
1970 Dodge Charger is Dominic Toretto's (Vin Diesel) trademark car since the first Fast and the Furious movie. Dom's black racing car stood out despite the fact that it was being raced against flashy colored vehicles of competitors. This has not only become an iconic automobile within the movie franchise but is also considered one of the many well-known cars in the movie industry.
1999 Nissan R34 Skyline GT-R is the racing car attributed to Brian O' Connor, the character in the film franchise being portrayed by the late Paul Walker. It only had 10-minute screen time in 2 Fast 2 Furious before it was destroyed but its amazing rear-steering system allowed it to pull some impressive stunts which have been rarely done in movies.
1967 Nissan Powered Mustang is said to be the most questionable vehicle in what many would say the most controversial third installment of the franchise entitled 'Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.' Maybe because the main stars Paul Walker and Vin Diesel were absent in the film. In addition to that, this Mustang owned by Lucas Black (played by Sean Boswell) was surprisingly effective in the movie despite the fact that it powered by a Nissan engine which didn't really appeal to many.
2000 Acura NSX is basically present in all sequels of the racing franchise and is most associated with Mia Toretto (played by Jordana Brewster) , Dominic's sister and Brian's love interest. She used the car mostly in the fourth and fifth installments, 'Fast & Furious' and 'Fast Five.' Although it was merely a supporting car, it has potential of being able to hold on its own - just like the character Mia.
2006 Aston Martin is intimidating as a villain car its driver British Special Forces assassin Deckard Shaw (played by Jason Statham.) The black gloss vehicle was featured in 'Furious 7' but was also seen in the background in 'Fast & Furious 6.'
