The New York vacation home of X-Factor Judge and pop star Britney Spears is on the market.
The Long Island house, owned by her future husband, Jason Trawick's parents, is being sold. The multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning worldwide pop icon often stayed at the house when performing in the New York area during her last U.S. tour. She also used the spot as a vacation getaway where she would bring her sons Sean Preston,6, and Jayden James, 5.
A source told People Magazine, "She really did love staying there and it was a great getaway for peace and privacy. Her boys loved fishing off the dock with Jason in their backyard."
The Old Field, Long Island, NY vacation home lies on a 2-acre spread and overlooks Conscience Bay. The home was completely renovated and has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with a dressing room and a balcony, something suited to the "Till The World Ends" signer. The house also includes a sunroom off the kitchen with its own fireplace, Newsday reports. Spears' future in-laws are selling the home for $2.485 million.
Spears took to Twitter to lament over the loss of the home. She wrote "NOOOOO. I love this house!"
Spears is currently one of the judges on Fox's singing competition, The X-Factor, along with singer Demi Lovato, L.A. Reid, and Simon Cowell. Spears got engaged to her former manager, Trawick in December.
