Ariana Grande has found a reliable confidant in her "Scream Queens" co-actress Lea Michele amid her recent split from now ex-boyfriend Big Sean.
According to several sources, Grande is currently "leaning on" her "Scream Queen" co-stars, especially "Glee" alum Lea Michele.
Hollywood Life has learned through sources that amid her "heartbreak" and her busy schedule working on a new album and her upcoming television show, Grande is getting "tons of support" from Michele.
"Ariana has been getting tons of support from her 'Scream Queens' co-stars, especially Lea. Ariana looks up to her like a big sister and really trusts her input," an insider said.
Just this week, the 21-year-old songstress and her 27-year-old rapper ex-boyfriend released a joint statement confirming that they have split but continue to "remain close friends."
Since their breakup, Grande has reportedly been very "quiet" a "a little down" on the set of her upcoming series, which stars her, Michele, Emma Roberts and Jamie Lee Curtis, among others.
"Ariana has been very professional on the set and hasn't let the breakup affect her work, but it's obvious she's dealing with a heartbreak," a source said.
"She's more quiet than usual and a little down, but Lea always does her best to help put a smile on Ariana's face," the source added.
Meanwhile, Grande's ex, whom she dated for eight months, is feeling the positive vibe since their split.
He recently shared a close-up shot of himself on Instagram, which he captioned: "Never satisfied but always thankful! We came up from nothing, Blessed! Blessed to be here n blessed to have y'all.
Interestingly, contrary to the previous controversy that Big Sean was mad at Justin Bieber for flirting with Ariana during a performance, TMZ insiders claim that the split was pretty amicable because of their busy schedule and that this has nothing to do with JB.
