Actor Stephen Amell recently spoke about his character's fate now that the cat is out in the bag. Speaking amid his show's panel discussion at Saturday's Paleyfest, Amell says, "If you know Ra's al Ghul and you know his tactics. ... [Y]ou realize that it's an offer in name only. It's not really an offer. It's a demand. If Oliver says no, there are going to be incredibly dire consequences." The lead actor of the series further explained that Ra's al Ghul's pitch "actually does force [Oliver] to really look within himself. We see a very different Oliver, a more introspective, a more vulnerable and, in a lot of ways, defeated version of the character as we move towards the last portion of our episodes. You can only push people away for so long." Watch 'Arrow' season 3 episode 16 stream through the free online stream link at the bottom.

Meanwhile, show executive producer Andrew Kriesberg revealed a little more about Oliver Queen's alter ego. "Now that somebody knows and more people will find out, for us it's actually a relief because we don't have to keep structuring these ridiculous [excuses for suddenly exiting]," he says. "Now that everybody knows, it creates a whole different kind of dynamic. Now there are no secrets, so it creates different kinds of secrets."

Another show exec, Marc Guggenheim, also gushed about the other elements that will be presented in this week's episode. "All year long we've been teasing what comic book fans know as The Lazarus Pit. We'll learn a lot more about that in episode 16," he said. "The world of magic fits pretty well into the world of Arrow. We've already seen superpowers on the show. Once you've seen super powers, the occult and magic - that actually fits better in Arrow than superpowers." Watch 'Arrow' season 3 episode 16 online using the free online stream link at the bottom.
