Lindsay Lohan Unconscious: Paramedics Show Up at Hotel Room

Lindsay Lohan has been having a rough couple of weeks, moths, and even years. Due to her reputation, it's no surprise that rumors were circling about her being unconscious in her hotel room yesterday. Turns out, it was all just a misunderstanding.

Lindsay Lohan was staying at the Ritz-Carlton room of a hotel in Marina Del Rey, California and got a bit of a surprise when paramedics came to her door rather than housekeepers.

Lohan has been staying at the California hotel while filming a Lifetime movie called Liz & Dick, in which she portrays Elizabeth Taylor. Producers suspected that Lohan was ill, so they called the paramedics and fire department, thinking that she may have gone unconscious.

Turns out everything is fine. Lohan was unconscious but it was because she was sleeping in her hotel room after working a grueling filming schedule during the week. She was simply exhausted. The paramedics examined her and also found that she was dehydrated. Contrary to previous false reports, Lohan was not hospitalized.

On Saturday, Lohan took to Twitter to calm the nerves of those who are concerned about the star.

"Note to self.. After working 85 hours in 4 days, and being up all night shooting, be very aware that you might pass out from exhaustion & 7 paramedics MIGHT show up @ your door... Hopefully they're cute. Otherwise it would be a real let down," the 25-year-old posted on her Twitter early Saturday morning. "Back on set," she added.

The incident raised concern as Lohan was just involved in a car crash last week. Her Porsche collided with a dump truck on Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica, CA. Lohan was hospitalized but she did not have serious injuries. There was severe damage to her car though.

The actress also spent months in and out of court and jail after repeatedly breaking her probation for partying too hard and drunk driving incidents. Lohan is now trying to clean her act up, but recent events have shown that it hasn't been so easy.
