Amal Alamuddin and George Clooney are a happy married couple, or so many people think. Just a couple of months after they tied the knot, rumors that they are divorcing quickly surfaced.
The lovely couple walked the aisle in September and just a few months later, speculations claiming that they are ending their marital status emerged online.
However, while both parties didn't confirm or deny the rumors, Classicalite reports that they are trying to save their marriage by making proper adjustments for each other.
Sources claim Amal is determined to get pregnant this 2015 and to do so they have chosen to slow down on their careers and allot more time in trying to conceive their first baby.
"They've got their honeymoon fever back -- I wouldn't be surprised if Amal announced she's pregnant soon," an insider close to the couple reportedly said.
"Not only does their pact to start a family show a renewed commitment to the marriage...it's making George the happiest man on Earth," the insider added.
Additionally, the twosome will have more time for themselves since Alamuddin is joining Columbia University as a visiting lecturer, reports NBC New York.
"It is an honor to be invited as a visiting professor at Columbia Law School alongside such a distinguished faculty and talented student pool," Amal said in a statement. "I look forward to getting to know the next generation of human rights advocates studying here."
As a human rights lawyer, George Clooney's wife is going to lecture on human rights this spring and will also serve as a senior fellow in the said university's law school.
Since Clooney is filming "Money Monster" in New York this spring, Alamuddin's presence in the US will give them the chance to live together.
