"The Lazarus Effect" film is the latest in spooky horror that vows to scare the crap out of horror flick lovers. After "The Conjuring" and "Annabelle," the film only hopes to impress. So what is there to know about the latest sci-fi horror film?
1. "The Lazarus Effect" film stars the lovely Olivia Wilde as Zoe, the main female protagonist turned antagonist. Joining Wilde are Mark Duplass, Sarah Bolger, Evan Peters, and Donald Glover.
2. Basically, "The Lazarus Effect" film is all about mad science gone wrong. With scientists trying to bring the dead back to life, of course something bad and not to mention evil would come out of it. A quick synopsis of the film is as follows, as provided by Fandango.

3. "The Lazarus Effect" film is directed by David Gelb, known for his work "Jiro Dreams of Sushi." The screen play of the sci-fi medical thriller film has been provided by Jeremy Slater and Luke Dawson.
4. For those hoping for the same scares as "The Conjuring," "The Lazarus Effect" film may impress at first but it fails to push through until the end. Reviews of the film have been rated two out of five stars. Of course, some claim the film might just push more productions for mad science turned horrific.
