Dakota Johnson 'Fifty Shades Of Grey': Actress Shares The One Thing She Took Home From Set, Mom Melanie Griffith Forbidden From Seeing Film?

Dakota Johnson "Fifty Shades of Grey" - Looks like Melanie Griffith isn't going to see her daughter's much talked about film. During an interview at the Oscar's red carpet, the mother-daughter duo shared quite an awkward moment when asked about the erotica film. On the other hand, Johnson tells fans what she took home from the set.

Of all the dates to take to the Oscar Awards, Dakota Johnson of "Fifty Shades of Grey" had to bring her mom along. Johnson had been chosen to present the award at the 87th Academy Awards. Of course, with Johnson under the limelight thanks to her latest films, interviewers would just have to ask if Griffith had watched her daughter's film. Obviously, Griffith said no to which Johnson reacted with the look of an exasperated teenager. Check out the hilarious turned awkward interview here.

Despite Griffith saying she couldn't watch the film, Dakota Johnson "Fifty Shades of Grey" actress pushes her mom into watching it.

"I'm like, you can see it," says Johnson, adding, "It's acting!" To which Griffith replies with, "Well, if my daughter says I should see it, maybe I will."

Dakota Johnsons "Fifty Shades of Grey" film experienced a huge success during its opening weekend. Yet, sales dropped to 70 percent on its second week. In addition, a number of scandals involving three teenagers heading out to watch the R-rated film and one woman caught masturbating to the film in a packed cinema were reported.

Other than the awkward interview with her mother, Dakota Johnson of "Fifty Shades of Grey" shared the one item she took home from the set. Ironically, it is as erotic as fans hoped it would be.
