Madonna's daughter, Lourdes Maria Ciccone Leon, is certainly no diva despite having been brought up in such a posh home. The "Material Girls" singers' daughter is set for college and she's already left home. So what is there to know about Lourdes?
1. Madonna's daughter certainly knows the value of money and that one must work hard to get it. Thus, it wasn't much surprising that back in high school the eldest daughter of Madonna launched her own fashion brand called, Material Girl.
2. Unlike other celebrity kids who wouldn't dare step into college, let alone share a bunk bed in a tiny room, Madonna's daughter is quite different. Lourdes is set to attend the University of Michigan and share a room with another college kid.
3. Madonna's daughter isn't a diva and she's certainly trying to blend in. This is what a college student from University of Michigan had to say in a report by Daily Mail.
"She's not as sociable as many people would have thought and she couldn't be more different from Madonna's huge persona," shares the source, adding, "There's no diva behavior or anything like that. She's really aware how people might judge her and doesn't want a bad reputation."
4. As for Madonna, the 56-year old hit maker revealed that since Lourdes left for college, she felt like she lost part of herself. Luckily, Madonna's daughter feels homesick despite the college activities that she's been heading home every weekend.
"It's hard letting them go out into the world but when she left home to go to college I was a mess," shares Madonna in an interview with Today Show.
5. For those who don't know, Madonna's daughter introduces herself as Lola. She's currently studying music, theatre, and dance at the said university. Hopefully, she'll be as big or even better than her mother.
