"Once Upon A Time" season 4 episode 13 is set to be a magical episode since the series will pick up in the near future of the show instead of where it left off last time. The main reason for this is of course the introduction of new characters, twists and challenges. Unfortunately, avid viewers should wait a little longer since the show is still on hiatus.
According to International Business Times, the main reason why "Once Upon A Time" season 4 episode 13 is not airing anytime soon is because there are still a couple of awards shows and sports events that are taking over Sunday programming. However, when the show officially returns, fans will be pleased to learn that it is staying for good until season 4 wraps up.
Meanwhile, spoilers released ahead of the March 1 air date of "Once Upon A Time" season 4 episode 13 revealed that the episode is titled "Darkness on the Edge of Town" and that it will be set six weeks after the Spell of Shattered Sight cursed the town. Last time, the Queens of Darkness were already introduced. We have Maleficent, Cruella de Vil and Ursula. The threesome, along with Rumplestiltskin will go on a quest to find the author of the "Once Upon A Time" book and ensure that our favorite characters will not get their happy endings.
Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz already gushed that it's not hard to believe that Rumplestiltskin will be helping the Queens of Darkness get their own happy ending. "This back half is a lot about what makes a hero and what makes a villain, and it's about trying to realize our happy endings," Kitsis was quoted telling ET Online.
Meanwhile, apart from Maleficent, Ursula and Cruella, it appears that there will be more and more fairy tale characters getting introduced in Storybrooke. "I think there will be new characters popping in and out, but more the most part it's going to be focusing on our core characters," Horowitz said. "Those characters who have been there through the years will have their past, and their present, and their futures intertwined with the Queens of Darkness."
Meanwhile, actress Lana Parilla, who plays Regina or The Evil Queen dished to Entertainment Weekly how it has been a challenging season for her character. "This is a quest that has been quite difficult for Regina. With all the research she's done thus far and Operation Mongoose, she keeps hitting dead end after dead end," she said. "She's lost some faith in ever finding this author, but she's still not going to give up. A lot of that positive reinforcement comes from Henry in being the heart of the truest believer, who keeps her afloat and keeps encouraging her to not give up. He plays a huge part in finding clues. They work together and start to find clues leading to the discovery of this author, so that will play out for the remainder of the season."
"Once Upon A Time" season 4 episode 13 is set to air on March 1 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC. Watch it online using the free online stream link we will be providing when the show returns.
