Kellan Lutz Workout - A lot of celebrities have their trainers and diet coaches to keep their weight and look in track. Of course, not everyone has the luxury in life to afford the same thing. However, Kellan Lutz reveals that getting in shape is quite easy and doesn't really require a fitness and diet coach.
The "Hercules" star certainly buffed up for his role, with his body becoming even bulkier compared to that in "Twilight." While his body isn't as comparable to another "Hercules" star, Kellan's body looked better than ever. Thankfully, the secret to Kellan Lutz' workout is out, for anyone who wants to try it out for themselves.
"I like to wake up with the sun around 6:30 and go out and meet the day," shares Lutz in his interview with Men's Fitness. "I'll just go for a run, drop and do some push-ups, run some more, do lunges, grab the rings and do pull-ups."
Apart from Kellan Lutz workout that kept his body in shape, the actor followed a strict diet as well. This special diet isn't all that unique, which is known as the Paleo "Caveman" diet. It simply eliminates legumes, grains, dairy products, and refined sugar from the diet. Of course, this diet was easy for Kellan as he admitted to being a picky eater in restaurants. For him, a mix of avocado and salmon would do.
While Kellan Lutz workout leading to the picture perfect body helped him land a role in "Immortals" plus a cover for Men's Health magazine, the actor has one weakness. Kellan has reportedly "dense bones." The actor revealed that during his last bone scan, the doctor claims he has dense bones.
Hopefully, Kellan Lutz workout and diet helps him get the strength his dense bones need. As for those looking to get the same body as the "Immortals" star, all it takes is a run, drop, push-ups, lunges, and pull-ups - plus the Paleo "Caveman" diet.
