Victoria Justice has addressed the never-ending rumors that she bullied "Problem" songstress Ariana Grande and even explained the real status of their relationship.
According to TMZ, the 21-year-old "Victorious" lead star decided to once and for all address the reports claiming that she and Grande are enemies in real life.
"There is no feud," Justice insisted this week. "We're not like best friends, but at the end of the day, I wish her well. And she's doing great, and I'm happy for her."
Then, to further clarify what kind of relationship they have, Justice said, "We're not enemies. I mean, I wouldn't call her up to have a sleepover... We're just on our separate paths, doing our own things."
Then, Victoria went on to defend herself against rumors that she bullied the "Bang Bang" hit maker.
"Even though [Grande] said it wasn't true, our fans still believed that I bullied her, and that really bothered me," she said. "I'm super anti-bullying, and I've never bullied anyone in my life. I want people to know that."
Daily Mail has learned that VJ has spoke on another issue that concerns her image as an artist. It can be noted that after "Victorious" got cancelled in 2013, the young actress decided to pursue a solo music career, which has since been deemed as the main reason why the Nickelodeon show got axed.
"I didn't break up anything," Justice said. "That's complete misinformation, because first of all I had no control over leaving the show or the show ending. That was completely up to Nickelodeon and the executives."
"I love the cast and I loved doing Victorious," she continued, "me going on tour when I did had nothing to do with whether or not there was a Victorious tour. There's much more to that story that people don't know. I don't think it's fair though to blame that on me because it's not true."
In an interview with MTV, Justice also admitted that she was quite "shocked" when her show didn't get a call to produce a fourth season.
"I had no idea," she said. "I thought for sure we were going to be doing a fourth season, so I was expecting to get a call being like, 'Hey guys, we're coming back this day,' but instead my castmembers were like, 'Pssst...did you hear? We're not picked up,' so I was definitely surprised."
