Golden Globes 2014 Winners - The winners for the upcoming 2015 Golden Globes might have accidentally been revealed. According to reports, the Web site of the Golden Globes revealed two winners for the year 2015 posted alongside the 2014 winners. Could these be actual winners unintentionally leaked or a mistake on the part of the Golden Globes?
The Golden Globes 2014 winners include the likes of Cate Blanchett, Amy Adams, Matthew McConaughey, and Leonardo DiCaprio. However, two film titles posted on the official Web site of the Golden Globes appear to have been posted by mistake.
Sitting beside the Golden Globes 2014 winners were the two films: "Selma" for Best Motion Picture for the drama category and "Into the Woods" for Best Motion Picture for the musical or comedy category. Reports by She Knows claims that either the web developer for Golden Globes tested out something for the site or completely leaked two of the winners for the upcoming awards show.
Where these two films included in the Golden Globes 2014 winners purely posted as a mistake? In a statement released to E! Online, the Golden Globes explained the "technical error."
"While testing the official website of the Golden Globe Awards for Sunday's ceremony, Bluefin inadvertently took the test live. We randomly selected two film titles with no knowledge of the category winners. We are solely responsible for the error," reads the statement.
This only means that the two films mistakenly included in the Golden Globes 2014 winners aren't necessarily winners. Fans will have to wait 48 hours more to find out who won for this years' Golden Globes. The coverage for the event starts on Jan. 11.
For one, if "Into the Woods" does manage to win after being posted on the Golden Globes 2014 winners, Anna Kendrick best prepare her "surprised" reaction.
