Founder of Ipsy and a YouTube make-up artist, Phan at the young age of 15 started out a blog that gained a number of views and requests from girls all over the world. Now at the age of 27, she's got her own make-up line, a book, and a popular social media channel garnering more than one million hits per day.
Second for Forbes 30 under 30 nominations for retail is 29-year old Emily Weiss. She is the founder of Glossier, which is the beauty basics for today's Instagram addicts. This former assistant for Vogue and W magazine certainly made her own name in the fashion biz. Weiss offers luxurious products at an affordable rate.
Third for Forbes 30 under 30 nominations for entertainment is none other than former "Harry Potter" star Emma Watson. After leaving the magic onscreen, the 24-year old has kept on spreading the magic elsewhere. Today, Watson is UN's Goodwill Ambassador for Women fighting for the rights of women and men around the world.
Fourth up for Forbes 30 under 30 nominations for music is Florida Georgia Line. The group is composed of Tyler Hubbard, aged 27, and Brian Kelley, aged 29. Proving the country music evolves with time, the duo manages to make impressive mixes of their songs that have earned them millions to date.
