Jennifer Aniston Diet - Despite her highly publicized split from former husband, Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston has not allowed herself to wallow in self-pity and despair. In fact, since the split, Aniston has looked better, which could be all thanks to her diet as well.
For those who are looking for a fit-spiration this brand new year, then Jennifer Aniston's diet is one to follow. The "Friends" actress follows a strict low carb diet and bouts of yoga workout. Additional sources claim this is the same diet plan the actress is following for her pre-wedding to Justin Theroux.
"She doesn't think she's overweight by any means," shares a source in a report by Independent. "But she's always said that she feels most confident when she looks a certain way. And there's no doubt she'll want to have that same feeling on her wedding day."
Fans of Aniston have been waiting for her and Justin to tie the knot. Reports claim they would have walked down the aisle last year if not for the fact that "Brangelina" beat them to it. For now, the actress is focused on her career. For one, Jennifer Aniston's diet is obviously not meant for one who would want to have kids. Yet, this is not a problem for Aniston.
"I don't like [the pressure] that people put on me, on women - that you've failed yourself as a female because you haven't procreated," shares Jen in an interview with Allure. "I don't think it's fair. You may not have a child come out of your vagina, but that doesn't mean you aren't mothering - dogs, friends, friends' children."
Even with Jennifer Aniston's diet, the actress did gain a few pounds for her addict role in "Cake" of which earned her a Golden Globe nomination. Check out the official trailer for the film starring Anna Kendrick and Aniston below.
