Jennifer Aniston's diet is simply about moderation. If you eat more, then you have to work out double time when it comes to cardio exercises.
"Jen's a very consistent exerciser and eater," shares Mandy Ingber, Anniston's trainer. "But when she has something she needs to focus a little more on, she just tightens it up a little bit. She won't have the extra chips. It's kind of like just being disciplined, she's like anyone else that she goes through those times when she can lose a little, but pretty much she's always in great shape."
Apart from the usual cardio exercises added to Jennifer Aniston's diet and workout plan, the actress focuses on butt exercises like squats. In addition, yoga is also mixed into the routine. Even with a banging body like hers, Aniston reveals that it wasn't quite easy as before to lose the pounds but the only secret is to keep working out and sweating it out.
