Kurt Sutter New Show: 'Sons Of Anarchy' Spin-Offs Possible?

Kurt Sutter new show - After the epic finale of "Sons of Anarchy," fans are petitioning for another additional season. Yet, there's no chance of ever seeing Jax Teller alive for another season of SOA. However, there is an all new show directed by Sutter that is bound to keep the SOA spirit alive.

Despite the finale leak online a day before the season end of "Sons of Anarchy," Sutter was the least bit disappointed. Heck, the reviews have been nothing short of splendid with a number of fans asking for more. Though the SOA director had already stated there would be no additional seasons, there's a Kurt Sutter new show to look forward to.

For those who have yet heard of Kurt Sutter's new show, the television series is titled "The Bastard Executioner." While the story of war is likely the same with SOA, the new show heads back to the past. "The Bastard Executioner" is a period drama focusing on King Edward's warrior knight.

Kurt Sutter's new show is no surprise as the director already posted the update on his Instagram with the caption: "New writers. New show. New mistakes." As for SOA, fans continue to ask for additional seasons or spin-offs.

Sutter has already thought of a few spin-off ideas such as a new take on the classic Romeo and Juliet involving Kim Coates and Walton Goggins of SOA. Other spin-offs from SOA to become Kurt Sutter's new show involves Jax's two sons, played by Jimmy Smits and Drea de matteo.

"I'm very interested in what's going to happen to Jax's two boys with Nero [Jimmy Smits] and Wendy [Drea de Matteo] as co-parents," says Barclay, SOA's showrunner. "Those kids are little sponges, so how are they going to turn out?"

With a number of ideas left over from SOA, Kurt Sutter's new show apart could stem from such.
