San Francisco: Almost 300,000 PG&E Customers Lost Power On Thursday Night

Substantial wind and downpour from Thursday's huge storm have left much of San Francisco without force for the vast majority of the day, with 276,000 PG&E clients framework wide losing force since the storm began, 110,000 still without force.
