Stephanie Moseley dead - The "Twilight" actress and VH1 dancer, Stephanie Moseley, died on Monday in her Los Angeles home. Found dead in the home with her was her husband, Earl Warren Hayes. Investigations state Hayes, in a bout of jealous rage, had shot Moseley before turning the gun on himself.

"LAPD's SWAT officers responded to the location and discovered two victims inside the apartment suffering from gunshot wounds," says the LAPD in a report by Us Weekly. "The initial investigation revealed that 34-year-old Earl Warren Hayes shot his wife, 30-year-old Stephanie Elyse Moseley to death and then took his own life."

In the middle of their fight, Mayweather was on FaceTime thus had heard the entire incident unfold.
