Kristin Cavallari 20 Pounds Loss Shown In Post-Workout Selfie [PHOTO]; Cavallari Shed Off Baby Weight In Just Two Months

Kristin Cavallari 20 pounds have just given birth to her second son with her husband Jay Cutler this past May, but she has managed to return to her pre-pregnancy body. Cavallari shed off 20 pounds, but admittedly had trouble trying to lose the last five.

"Just got a nice little work-out in. Yes, those are baby monitors behind me. #GottaLoveNapTime," Cavallari wrote on her official Instagram account.

Just this past July, the 27-year-old star revealed that she had successfully dropped 20 pounds but faced a lot of trouble losing the last five pounds. She mentioned that she was breastfeeding at the time and was "working out really hard." Plus, she also added that she was pretty watchful of her diet, too.

"I don't put any toxic chemicals in my body," Kristin Cavallari 20 pounds shared to Access Hollywood. "I'm a freak about reading the ingredients. I don't count calories. I just read what's in whatever I'm going to be putting in my mouth."

She then added, "I try to be as organic as possible. I stay away from dairy for the most part. I'm actually allergic to cow's milk so that's reason enough, but I also think that's the number one weight gainer. If you're going to get one thing out of your diet, I think it should be dairy."

The World Wide Web has been abuzz with her fans raving about their idol managed to look amazingly slim and beautifully fit only seven months after she gave birth to her second child. She and Cutler have been parents to their two-year-old son, Camden Jack, and welcomed their second son, Jaxon Wyatt, to the world this past May.

Cavallari revealed her secret to Access Hollywood that she had to work very hard so she could drop the baby weight that she gained from her second pregnancy. In just a span of two months, she managed to lose 20 pounds, which is very impressive. She explained, "You have to eat really well and work out."
