Star Wars trailer has been confirmed to be revealed earlier. Director JJ Abrams revealed to his Twitter followers that fans of the famous intergalactic franchise will be given an 88-second sneak peek of the upcoming blockbuster.
Abrams wrote on social media, "A tiny peek at we're working on - this Friday in select theaters. Hope you enjoy and have a most excellent Thanksgiving!"
The Star Wars trailer will be premiering in selected cinemas in the United States. Fortunately for those who do not live in the US, they can also get the chance to see the highly awaited trailer of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" on the movie trailer website of iTunes.
The upcoming blockbuster reunites its original stars, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, and Harrison Ford. Its helmers have already promised that the movie will be released on the big screens by December 18th of 2015.
Surely, since fans have been left in the dark about the movie for so long, they are eagerly awaiting to get their first look at this latest installment.
Moreover, one cinema in Austin, Texas, will even be hosting the trailer in a separate standalone screening and has promised to play it 17 times, consecutively. Each of the screenings will be followed by two minutes of discussion by a panel of Star Wars experts. These experts will somehow be dissecting the 88 seconds of the Star Wars trailer.
Still, how much is going to be revealed about the upcoming flick remains to be determined, particularly as Abrams's "Star Trek" reboot's teaser trailer only featured the famous USS Enterprise. Many are speculating that perhaps this 88-second video will also be showing that little about "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."
The Star Wars trailer, which is about the sci-fi saga's seventh installment, will be set around 30 years that start where "Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi" left off.
