Of course, winning the Sexiest Man Alive 2014 vote required intense workout on Hemsworth's part. So what exactly was Chris Hemsworth's workout that led to his drool-worthy body? Muscle & Fitness has already laid out the exact template his gym trainer applied for the "Thor" film. Former Navy SEAL, Duffy Gaver, had used an approach more old-school in style.

Despite the intense workout, the man who won Sexiest Man Alive 2014 vote claims he very much looks forward to cheat days. Hemsworth enjoys a hefty serving of "pizza, hamburgers, beer, and sugary things" on his cheat days. Basically, the Aussie star even with a ripped body still enjoys all the food he's not allowed to have when the weekend arrives.
