Diem Brown death in New York on Friday morning confirmed after years of having a tough battle with cancer.
In recent news, it was confirmed that the reality star already passed away at the age of 32. It can be recalled that at an early age of 23, the star has started to fight the life-threatening effect of having an ovarian cancer; however, that didn't stop her from moving on with her life and becoming a strong woman.
The MTV star's combat with cancer for so many years also actually opened a way to give help to other people who are also diagnosed with the said disease. Diem Brown became an advocate as well as an inspiration to other cancer-stricken individuals as she found the MedGift, a registry which provides support pages to people having any health or medical experience. Before her passing, she was also known to be one of the cast members in MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge.
Although she was already diagnosed with the said condition, that did not stop her from taking on the challenges in the MTV show. Just two weeks after her chemotherapy when her ovarian cancer returned in 2012, she still proved that she is really a fighter when she joined Challenge in its seventh season. According to People, Diem Brown actually told them in October that her fight is worth it.
"I want people to know that the fight is worth it... And that's something that's so important for me" she said before her death.
The "Challenge" star's health conditions reportedly worsen after it was revealed that the cancer found in her colon and stomach has already spread to her liver and lymph nodes. Days before her death, she even took time posting photos in Twitter and Instagram while asking for prayers. In Diem Brown's posts, she even expressed that she's grabbing any options to make her live. She died surrounded with friends and family.
