Robin Wright splits with fiancé Ben Foster after being engaged for 10 months.
Wedding bells won't be ringing after the engaged couple reportedly decided not to proceed with their wedding plans anymore. In the recent issue of Us Weekly, the site claims that the pair has already called off their engagement due to some rumored reasons. Foster and the actress have been engaged since January 2014 despite of their huge age gap.
Although the "House of Cards" actress and her fiancé did not release any official statements regarding their rumored breakup, it is believed that the issue between their ages has something big to contribute to their split. According to the issue of the said website, the difference in their age was reportedly too much for them that it eventually led them to come up with a heart-breaking decision. Robin Wright is already 48 years old while Foster is 14 years her junior at the age of 34.
There is a rumor reportedly claiming that Foster is being way too immature for the actress and that she could no longer deal with it anymore. The "Rampart" star has been already married twice; first with Dane Witherspoon and the second is with Sean Penn whom she had two children. Aside from Foster's alleged immaturity, there is another reason believed to cause Robin Wright's split from her younger boyfriend.
The couple's very busy schedule is said to be blamed for the cancellation of their wedding plans. Robin Wright has reportedly been occupied with her work in the hit TV series, "House of Cards" where she plays as Carrie Underwood and Kevin Spacey's on-screen wife. It is not just actually the actress who contributed to the alleged split since it was known that Foster is also busy with the production of "A Streetcar Named Desire" in London.
