Glenn Beck illness was apparently a huge secret that he has kept from nearly everyone for years. He has actually been battling this very serious and rare illness without the public knowing about it.
Beck had actually founded TheBlaze network, which, purposefully, was where he revealed his Glenn Beck illness.
"It has baffled some of the best doctors in the world," he revealed. "It has frightened me and my family as we didn't know what was happening."
Eventually, he learned what was going wrong. Unfortunately, he had a variety of sicknesses, including an autoimmune disorder and adrenal fatigue.
He was in tears while he was detailing the progression of his Glenn Beck illness, as well as the symptoms that he secretly suffered. There were times when he had trouble remembering names, conversations, and even faces. At other times, both of his hands would suddenly shake and would be forced to curl up into a ball.
"While I was at Fox, the pain would get so bad that my camera crew, our executive producer, Tiffany, and I, had worked out hand signals so they would know when to take the camera off of me," shared the former Fox News host.
He then added, "We didn't know at the time what was causing me to feel as though, out of nowhere, my hands and feet, or arms and legs would feel like someone had just crushed them, set them on fire, or pushed broken glass into them."
He also shared that his Glenn Beck illness prevented him from sleeping. Although he hardly had any sleep, he admitted that there was never a time when he felt tired.
He was asked to take a test, one that was used on people who have traumatic brain injury. He tested in the bottom 10%. He was then told that he would no longer be able to function in about five to 10 years.
