Macaulay Culkin and Mila Kunis - Before Kunis ended up becoming the mommy of Ashton Kutcher's beloved child, Kunis was in a relationship with "Home Alone" star Culkin. The pair dated for eight years before calling it quits. What exactly was the reason for the split?
Early in 2011, Macaulay Culkin and Mila Kunis shocked a number of their fans when they announced their split. On January 8, 2014, a story had been published on Daily Mail detailing the reasons behind the couples' break-up.
"The split was amicable, and they remain close friends," reports New York Post's' Page Six.
Prior to the split between Macaulay Culkin and Mila Kunis, the former talked about not wanting to settle down. Was this a sign that Kunis had no plans of marrying Culkin or even bearing his children?
"'Not to say that I don't believe in it, but it's just not something that's important to me. But I will have children. I'm too selfish to have them now, but when I do, I don't feel like I need to be married," shares Kunis in her interview with BlackBook in December of 2009.
However, other sources claim it was Culkin's drug use that caused his split with Kunis. This was pretty much obvious when a frail looking Culkin stepped out in 2012 after his much-publicized split from the "Black Swan" star.
Moving forward three years, Macaulay Culkin and Mila Kunis continue to be linked to one another. A hilarious report claims that after getting pregnant with Ashton Kutcher, the "That '70s Show" star had allegedly gotten back with Culkin.
"Kunis is living proof that you never really get over your first love. Mila needs someone to talk to, and Macaulay knows her better than anyone. They chat once or twice a week, and she feels like it's the only thing keeping her sane," claims the source in a report by Celebdirtylaundry.
There is no truth to the said report. As for the real deal between Macaulay Culkin and Mila Kunis, the former lovers have clearly moved on. Kunis is engaged to partner Kutcher while Culkin has been dating long-time belle, Jordan Lane Price.
